All digital products, downloads, trainings, subscriptions, and services are non-refundable once access has been granted or delivery has begun. This includes, but is not limited to:

Physical Products (Supplier-Fulfilled Orders)
All physical products are fulfilled directly by our third-party suppliers. Orders are submitted to the supplier immediately upon purchase and cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Delayed delivery

Shipping carrier issues once the order has left the supplier
Because fulfillment begins instantly, all physical product orders are final at checkout.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of:

Failure to submit the order to the supplier due to a system error
Any approved exception is made at our sole discretion and does not create an ongoing obligation or precedent.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this policy. We reserve the right to provide this policy, order records, supplier submission confirmation, and delivery information to payment processors or financial institutions as evidence.
